"Yes you can!" Zekrom encouraged, only slightly irritated. Reshiram and Kyurem on the other hand, looked extremely annoyed.
"Can I just freeze her and then carry her inside?" Kyurem suggested. Zekrom glared at him.
"No." He replied. "Come on Victini, it's not that bad. You don't have to be so nervous." Victini slackened her grip on the railing. Zekrom tried to pull her again and she let go, almost stumbling down the stone steps in the process. That would've been painful. Victini stood up, brushing off her orange coat.
"What if I embarrass myself in front of everyone?" Victini complained. Reshiram rolled her eyes.
"Hun, everyone is nervous when they meet everyone for the first time." She said. "You'll get used to it. They won't eat you or try and kill you. Giratina though, she mi-"
"Okay." Zekrom cut her off. "Reshiram's right. You'll be fine." Victini scowled.
"Fine." She said. She opened the door, walking with her chin up into the building. She had to dress more formally for a meeting, so she wore her orange jacket over a white dress. Reshiram was wearing all white, a white blouse and skirt. Zekrom was dressed in a jet black coat and black pants. He almost resembled a shadow as he walked silently through the halls. Victini, on the other hand, walked with her shoes clacking loudly against the floor. Kyurem at first refused to go, but Zekrom managed to convince him while Reshiram threatened to burn him. She had been impatient and complaining that they were late. Kyurem was wearing a winter jacket, even though it was really hot here.
"You know, when you walk in you don't have to have your chin up like that." Zekrom said, appearing beside her. "They'll think you're trying too hard." He smiled. Victini blinked at him and lowered her chin.
"Is that the door up there?" She asked, pointing to large double doors ahead. Zekrom nodded and took the lead. The four walked up to the door. Victini took a deep breath.
Zekrom swung the door open and stepped inside, followed by the other three. As soon as Victini stepped inside, all eyes were on her. She gasped quietly. There were at least thirty people in there. They all looked at Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem, before all eyes swung to her. She suddenly felt extremely uncomfortable. One man that was sitting at the end of the large table in the middle sat up. He was wearing a suit. He had pink-silver eyes and blonde, silver-pink tinted hair. He was tall and had obvious muscles. He seemed to draw a lot of attention in the room.
"Palkia." Kyurem whispered behind Victini. "He leads a lot of the meetings." So that was Palkia, Guardian of Space?
"You're late, so nice you decided to show up." He said, his tone slightly annoyed. When he looked at Victini, his eyes widened in curiosity. "Is that...Victini?" He asked. Victini gulped and Kyurem pushed her forward. Everyone was staring at her.
"Uh...yeah. That's me." She said, her voice slightly quiet and soft. A few people looked away from her, their expressions disinterested and distasteful. A woman with black hair streaked with gold and white and red eyes snorted.
"I'm sorry, can you speak up? I can't really hear you, like a few other people in here." She sneered. Palkia shot a glance at her. Reshiram scowled at her.
"That's Giratina." She whispered. Victini gulped again.
"I'm sorry." She said, louder. "I'm Victini." A few people looked at her, some sympathetic, some distasteful. A girl with long green hair and yellowish-green eyes walked over to her, smiling.
"I'm Rayquaza." She said, offering her hand. Victini hesitated before shaking it. "It's really nice to finally meet you!" A few people sat up straighter and said their greetings. "Palkia," Rayquaza turned to Palkia, "why don't we take a few minutes to introduce her?" Palkia narrowed his eyes, and Rayquaza gave him a hard stare. Palkia shrugged his shoulders and nodded. Rayquaza smiled and led Victini around the table. Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem found their seats near other legendaries.
"Those three over there are Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres." Rayquaza gestured to three girls, one had long blue hair and reddish blue eyes, one had spiky blonde hair with black streaks in a short ponytail and yellow eyes. The other had long curly orange-red hair and gray-blue eyes. The blonde and the red-head smiled at her, but the other girl stared at her coldly.
Rayquaza continued to introduce her. Mew was a girl with wavy pink hair and pink eyes. She seemed extremely excited and wouldn't stop talking until a boy next to her told her to calm down. That was Mewtwo. He had cold, expressionless purple eyes and had purple hair that fell in his face. Next were Suicune, Entei, and Raikou. Suicune was stunningly beautiful, and had long wavy purple hair and red eyes. Entei had a stocky build and had shaggy brown hair and red eyes. Raikou had purple hair with parts that floated as if by static. His eyes were red and unfriendly. Celebi was a girl, who looked like she was only ten. She had curly green hair in a ponytail and warm, friendly blue eyes. Next was Ho-oh, a beautiful women with wavy orange hair with blonde streaks. She regarded Victini with orange eyes. She was slightly scary, looking at Victini like she would set her on fire. The final Johto legendary was Lugia, a handsome man with slightly curly dark blue hair. His eyes were also dark blue. His expression didn't show much emotion, but his eyes were intelligent and he smiled slightly at Victini.
Rayquaza was excited when she introduced the Hoenn legendaries. Her brothers, Kyogre and Groudon, were first. Kyogre had blue hair and red eyes with glasses. His expression was cold and disinterested. Groudon had spiky red hair and friendly yellow eyes. Unlike his brother, he seemed nicer and he was louder, his voice billowing loudly when he said hello. Next to him sat a women with wavy orange hair with strands that were turquoise. Two parts of her hair on each side were long and had one thick strand of orange hair and one of turquoise. They curled around each other, resembling DNA. Her eyes were expressionless turquoise pools. That was Deoxys. Next to her sat a little boy with blonde hair, who was asleep. Rayquaza woke him up and he greeted her with gray eyes. Jirachi. Then there were the Regis. Regice had ice blue hair and yellow eyes, and his eyes were cold. Regirock was surprisingly a girl with brown hair in a braid down her back and orange eyes. She smiled at Victini but didn't say anything. Registeel was unusual. He had silver hair and red eyes. But one eye looked cybernetic. His right arm looked like it was made of metal. He said hello, his voice sounding slightly robotic. Finally, there was Latios, a boy with blue hair and red eyes. His sister, Latias, had red hair in two low ponytails and yellow eyes. She greeted Victini kindly.
Next were the Sinnoh legendaries. Palkia looked at Victini before saying hi. He seemed disinterested in her. His brother, Dialga, seemed friendlier. His hair was blonde and silver-blue tinted. His eyes were silver-blue and had glasses. He regarded Victini with a thoughtful expression. Victini felt terrified when she approached Giratina. She looked at Victini like she would eat her. Victini backed away from her. Next were the Lake Guardians. Uxie was a boy with blonde hair. His eyes were closed and he looked at Victini when she approached, which she though was weird considering his eyes were closed. Azelf was a boy with blue hair and yellow eyes, and Mesprit was a girl with short pink hair and yellow eyes. They looked at Victini with intelligent expressions, despite looking like little kids. Next was Regigigas, who had white hair with blonde and green parts on the side. His eye were green. He smiled kindly at Victini. Manaphy was a girl with blue hair in a long ponytail starting at the top of her head. Her eyes were friendly and blue. Her son, Phione, had blue hair and eyes like his mother. Cresselia was beautiful, and had blonde hair and pink eyes. She greeted Victini very kindly. Then, her voice grew slightly cold when she said Darkrai wasn't here. Heatran had silver hair with fiery red streaks. His eyes were like fire. He had attempted to flirt with Victini, when the girl next to him cut him off. She was Shaymin, and had flowing long green and green eyes. She said hello and nearly ripped Victini's arm off when she shook it. Her hair was adorned with two pink Gracidea flowers on each side of her head. Rayquaza said Arceus doesn't attend these meetings because he has more important jobs to do.
Finally were the Unova legendaries. Next to Zekrom and the others were three men dressed in what resembled genie robes. Tornadus had white-green hair and yellow eyes. Thundurus had white-blue hair and yellow eyes. Finally, Landorus had orange-white hair and yellow eyes. Next was Cobalion, was a man who had dark brown hair, almost black, and stunning cobalt eyes. Terrakion was a man with dark brown hair and brown-orange eyes. Virizion had green hair in a ponytail with a side bang streaked with pink. Her eyes were green and friendly. Keldeo was a boy with curly red hair and blue eyes. Finally, Meloetta had long green hair in a side braid, decorated with music notes. Her eyes were green.
Victini finally sat down next to Zekrom and the meeting started again.

"Okay," Palkia began, "are there any problems that are concerning us that we should talk about?" At first, know one answered. Then, Rayquaza raised her hand. "Rayquaza?" Palkia asked.
"What about environmental problems?" She suggested. "People have been starting to cut down more trees and plants." Palkia sighed.
"Ray, people have been cutting trees since factories and such started. I know these kinds of problems, but I don't see a way to fix them." Rayquaza scowled.
"What do you mean?" Rayquaza challenged. "We could plant more trees or something. I'm not asking you to stop factories damnit." Palkia took an aggravated breath.
"I'm not going to get into a stupid argument with you, Ray!" Palkia said.
"Okay then, but you could try to talk about my ideas instead of ignoring them!" Rayquaza got up, crossing her arms. Palkia was standing up to. Rayquaza walked over and they started arguing. Zekrom snorted and leaned in towards Victini.
"They do this all the time." He said. "It's why these meetings end so quickly." As if on cue, Dialga sat up.
"I think we can end here!" He said, loud enough to be heard over the squabbling. "I suggest we go outside and get to talk to each other. And remember, the annual party is tomorrow night!" Dialga finished and dragged Palkia out the door and went outside. Victini raised an eyebrow.
"What party?" She asked. Zekrom smiled and got up.
"Arceus holds a party each year for us in the Hall of Fame, or, more like a huge ballroom next to the Hall. We're not usually allowed to sneak in there without permission from him or Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. Arceus doesn't usually show up. It's fun I guess. You get to talk with the others." He went towards the door followed by Reshiram and Kyurem."You coming?" He said, looking at Victini. She got up and followed him.
"That was...interesting." She said. Zekrom smiled.
"Wait till you get outside. That's when you'll really meet everyone." He said.
